B	Brett Cyr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looked online at any stores in Southern Ontario or that deliver in Ontario and Ellwood Epps had some of the best prices around. So I placed my first order with Ellwood Epps on October 21, 2021. After picking up my order, I noticed two of the three items I ordered were not what was ordered and it appears that what I ordered was out of stock. It appears that the out of stock products were substituted with products of the same type but of higher value without me even having to request it. At nearly all other stores of any type, this level of customer service is nearly non-existent in my experience. Most stores will only correct errors after the customer has had to have a long drawn out argument, so to have a store do so without even being prompted by the customer is more than a cut above. This is exactly how you get a loyal customer and Ellwood Epps is now my first stop every time in the future.
B	Battle Shart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove up from the GTA to get to Ellwood Epps, and what I was met with was a friendly and non intrusive sales experience that really made me feel as if the trip was 100% worth it. I came to get a Franchi Momentum since it was nearly 75$ cheaper here than anywhere closer to home, and I was very glad that Ellwood is where I made my purchase. The front desk gentleman was incredibly friendly and willing to drop what he was doing to make sure I knew where I was going, and the lads at the gun desk were willing to chat and joke with me, giving a WAY more personal experience than what I have gotten at a bass pro shop or cabelas. I was in and out feeling taken care of, and the guys even threw in a free gun sock for the rifle! (Probably standard practice but you know what? it’s the little things that count) Support your local gun shop folks, even if it is 20 minute drive from the big box shops closer to home. Nothing but worth it for the extra bit of effort.

Always get great service from the guys there never any problems. Wide selection on guns , accessories and all the other stuff that goes with it . This is my go to shop for all things guns, highly recommended

I got the orders that I placed online but did not get the orders that I called in. I wanted something extra added to my online order so I could save a little money on shipping. I sent two emails to the company which were forwarded on to the Manager regarding the complaint and have yet to get a reply. It appears that they have little regard for customer service.
A	Alex Nadon Plesz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is good - Purchasing online was ok in terms product information, checkout, communication etc, Price for the item was fair but shipping a bit high compared to competitors, processing time was quick. However, Website is a bit annoying to use. They would get a lot more sales (imo) if every item had pictures (you can request pictures for specific item by email but it's a long avoidable process). Also why can't we filter rifles by specific caliber instead of "big game, small game etc" ? That would be a good improvement too I think.

The only thing keeping my review from being 5 stars is the credit that has not shown up, but I'm sure that is an oversight. Great selection and prices.

I made a mistake in my order and informed them immediately. They said they would processed my refund but it will cost me 10%. Ouch. -$44.08
