★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say enough about Ellason Design Centre. Mariella went out of her way to help put my design together. She even came to my house for free to consult me to make sure I was making all the right decsions. It's refreshing to see someone care so much! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m giving them 1 star for their lack of knowledge when it came to the Emtek hardware (I was attempting to order a mortise lock set and was hoping they could help me with said order but they didn’t understand the product line at all so I went elsewhere) and for ordering too much product based on their miscalculating the amount required (I told them the correct amount and they added much more and charged me accordingly) and then stating there would be a restocking fee on any returns. Here is the biggest issue, they didn’t say there was a timeline for said returns. With Covid, anything renovation wise is in the air. It took weeks to get the Tradesman in to do the work and he had to stop a couple of times. This product is expensive and now I’m holding the bill. I definitely don’t recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whats amazing with this company is that they are builders of multi million dollar new homes, yet when I needed a small project completed at my townhome I was still provided with a high level of attention. I felt like I recieved experienced knowledge and suggesetions, I had access to professional trades, and I recieved volume pricing on a level that one would get while building a custom home.
