I wanted to buy a whole elk for my family and friends to split, and the owner was trying to convince me I didn't need that meat and that i was wrong for wanting specific products. It came very much across that my business wasn't wanted and that I was troubling him by calling. No one responded to my emails, nor called me back from my voicemails. If you don't want to help customers, then maybe you shouldn't be in business anymore. I don't recommend this place based solely on this bad experience trying to give them 2000$ and being treated rudely..
B	B G-man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, friendly family, high quality meat, very knowledgeable farmers. I’ve bought their meat at markets, and from the gate. They are transparent about being a working farm and that means drive up customers may find responses slow, or the farm closed. That’s pretty normal in my experience for farm gate operations. It’s obvious that the farm is well run, the animals well cared for and that they take pride in their standards and quality.

In both cases, everyone was very happy! I highly recommend supporting this small, local business, you will not regret it.

I	Iype P Joseph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying Elk meat from here for the past 5 years or so. I like the quality of the meat and it is a delicacy that I share when I have guests over. I boast that it is local and at times people get to see the Elks at the ranch. Recently (after the pandemic), they have made it difficult to buy Elk meat from the ranch. I used to walk up to the ranch and buy the cuts I like, but now we need to buy bundles online (which I'm okay with). What I don't like is their working hours! You can pick up the order only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and that too only for a few hours. This is not at all convenient and I hope Thom will read this review and make it easier for people to shop local.
