★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, rude, rude. Laughably, ineptly so. Visited today, driving all the way from my home in Vancouver west, as I remembered the location had a showroom where I could see and feel the various options in person. Arrived Monday mid-afternoon to find the door locked despite the online posted hours saying otherwise. Rang the bell, was buzzed in, and immediately met by an older woman saying "We're not a store, are you a dealer?" When I confirmed I wasn't, just a customer, she simply said "No, no, no, we only serve dealers." At this point, the phone rang, and she hurried off to answer it, and had the same tone with the customer on the line...harried, defensive, inept. This isn't the person you want welcoming potential customers or dealers. I simply left, as the showroom has declined considerably in selection. Their online website might look nice, but don't visit this showroom. It's not as attractive as it was a few years ago when I visited, looks like both the selection and service is sliding. Don't waste your time.
