★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BEST Martial Arts club you can join! Claude Patrick is very talented and an incredible coach! All of the staff and members work hard and are always very kind and willing to help :) They have a flexible class schedule for all ages and experience levels and an amazing conditioning class!!! I have had memberships with quite a few different clubs in the area and this is hands-down the best training and atmosphere you will find! I highly recommend going in and seeing for yourself!

The coaches take safety very seriously and I've heard some other places don't.

Passionate coaches and a great community of parents and students make this one of thr best things ive done for kara her motivation to do things and behaviour at home and school are much improved. As a martial arts academy this is everything we could ask for.

I feel blessed to be coached by such an amazing professional team of coaches from Claude to coach Lewis to coach Mel and coach Rick. You will never feel left out, always feel welcome and always perfect your techniques.
Coach Claude is in Brazil to bring us back the most up-to-date information on BJJ, how cool is that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Ontario during the last week of 2017. My first mission in this new town was to check out Elite Training Centre. 4 Years, 1 Global pandemic, and 40 pounds lighter, this gym has become a home and a refuge.
From the culture, to the level of instruction, this gym is designed for everyone who wants to be with everyone.
Veteran UFC fighter Claude Patrick has assembled a team of highly sociable and effective coaches to lead the different programs. With Muay Thai & Boxing Champions as coaches, and with guest spots from the likes of Canada's First Jiu Jitsu Black Belt. You will be hardpressed to find a gym so dedicated to diversity in the Arts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know what else to say other than this place has been a second home to me after the pandemic. Claude has been an amazing coach and picking his brain on any techniques is as simple as asking him. Not only that but he brings in coaches from all around the world to help grow our games in ways we couldn't imagine. From the staff to the other members that I now call friends....if you wanna learn MMA be it BJJ (gi or nogi) muai Thai, boxing ...ect this is the place. No questions asked and if you don't believe me just come by any evening class and ask for me and I'll tell you myself.
PS if you're a female don't hesitate to come by. Sometimes it can be intimidating as it was for my fiancee but she now feels the same way I do about our gym and has loved her improvement.
