With a very small staff I was personally walked though and shown through screen share how to set up my printer. They might be busy, but they are putting so much time and care into each customer! Thanks again!

if your going to buy this,dont depend on the company helping you with any problems you may have after ..big or small. i misplaced my installation disk and purchased a new computer. needed help from the company to reinstall the printer .. i have left 15 messages over a period of time and has never had the phone answered when i call .. i do not recommend this particular company .. purchase it elsewhere because there is NO customer service at all . i now have a ribbion printer that i paid a thousand dollars for and cant use it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got some problem with the printer, they set up a remote connect with my PC, and fixed it. and send me a bunch of instructions and tips. For missing ink problems, increase the temperature of the head a little bit will fix it...

RE: The installation kit/disk is misplaced.
Called the toll free number on several occasions possibly do to Holiday Season, there might of been shortage in staffing and believe this is an one handful sized company - which is understandable.
Therefore, the alternative was emailing customer service and immediately next day there was a reply. The quick email reply was appreciated, at that meantime there was a challenge with setting up the technical support time, due to company moving offices and unexpected situations. However, at the end it was rectified in a timely manner.
Once again Thank You and Genuinely Appreciate the company standby "We also offer free lifetime technical and user support"
