★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible! I left countless messages trying to book an appointment after purchasing 5 treatments on Groupon! I never even got a call back! What kind of business does that? The worst customer service and shame on Groupon selling for such a business! Demanding full refund! Beware of this Groupon deal as it’s nothing but trouble!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner stated I would be a perfect candidate for laser hair removal. After paying a fortune the process didn’t work and she changed her tuned and said my hair was too light. Waste of money and unprofessional owner. Avoid this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received treatment for the brazilin bikini and underarms on an on-going basis for about 12 months (2016/2017), paid over $1,500 and approximately 6 months after treatment my hair was growing back. I am a Caucasian individual with regular dark hair in the areas (not blonde or red). I do not think Elimination Laser has high quality technology. Essentially, it was a complete waste of money and did not actually worked. I must have received over 10 sessions. With respect to staff, one individual was way more professional than another, she would actually cover me whereas another staff member would not. Also, they have a gnarly used razor ready should you not shave (not sure if they can do that - ew!!). I did not think the cleaning of the tools was very sanitized either.
I would highly not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda is incredible, knowledgeable and professional. Pricing is great and the results have been life changing for me. I don't have to shave my underarms and my legs are so smooth. Worth every penny ! I should have had this done years ago !!
