★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a client of Eleven Arrows since opening. During that time I was seen by Paul, Steve, and Chris. All are professional but personable, have excellent skill and create a safe feeling space that is not overly medical while still maintaining a high degree of professionalism and expertise.
I have moved to Vancouver and greatly miss having this space and these practitioners. Not easily replaced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone I have met who works at Eleven Arrows is patient, kind and gentle-hearted. Paul always answers each of my admittedly many questions carefully and thoroughly. He has a way of being that is incredibly reassuring, grounding and calming.
The care Paul puts into his business is clear from the moment you walk through the door. Even in these stressful chaotic times, EA is a place of warmth and peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accepting pain as part of daily life from the time I wake to the time I sleep had become the norm for me. Some days worse than others. Since I met Paul and started seeing him for regular massage visits, my pain has significantly reduced, my mobility has increased and I have more good days than bad. After seeing him, I not only feel physically better, I feel energized, happier, and uplifted in my spirit. Eleven Arrows is a professional, clean, comfortable space filled with a team who are kind, respectful, and who genuinely care about their guests. I would (and do) recommend this amazing place to everyone I come in contact with who lives with pain. Once you walk through the door, you'll see for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see Paul for massage therapy- he is skilled and intuitive, and is one of the few massage therapists who has left lasting positive shifts in my body. He listens to what I need, and always reminds me that consent for touch can be revoked at any time should I not feel comfortable. I truly recommend Paul and Eleven Arrows should you find yourself in need of a healing practitioner.

My experience has always been professional & I am greeted by friendly people. The atmosphere is bright and spiritual. The services are well worth the cost & I feel taken care of, listened to, honoured and when I leave I always feel a million times better both physically & spiritually. I've seen both Paul and Christine.
Each have their own unique touch, abilities & knowledge.
I recommend them both to anybody seeking good quality & professional service.
