Our passion is to positively affect change in sport, both in culture and positive growth. To achieve this goal we provide girls and boys the opportunity to succeed and fail in a professional, fun, safe, and motivating environment while teaching student-athletes to understand our positive core values as they compete as a team, and mature on the lacrosse floor and field together.
ELEV8 aims to develop and provide the highest level of instruction for the growing sports of field and box lacrosse for Canadian student-athletes. Lacrosse has given us so much; an opportunity to obtain an excellent education, lifelong friends and a chance to see the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boys love playing lacrosse. My oldest son’s skills have improved tremendously, but what I love even more is just the inclusive nature of ELEV8. My youngest has a neurological motor planning disability, but they way that ELEV8 is set up, he was never made to feel like the kid with the disability. Yet, he was still always given the support he needed. This is a sports program that all kids who want to play lacrosse have a place in. We can’t wait for next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update for 2022: Elev8 continues to raise the bar for the quality of coaching available for young athletes. The program available requires commitment to get the best possible outcomes, however, Elev8 sets the expectations at an age and experience appropriate level. They can and do invest in each participant.
Both our son and daughter have been working with Elev8, the professional and coaching skills are second to none! They raised the bar during the the Covid restrictions which allowed the kids to play throughout the recent restrictions! Well planned out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Calgary Field Lacrosse program led by the team at Elev8 Lacrosse is our kids go to summer activity. Emphasizing and built on the pillars of Character, Culture and Compete, the program builds player accountability, work ethic and confidence while promoting the sport in a fun yet competitive environment. With offerings to all ages and skill levels, we continue to be blown away by the quality and commitment of the coaches to the development of all players regardless of skill or experience. I have literally watched a coach jog across a field to a first-year player after practice and give them an extra pat on their back for their effort. The kid was absolutely beaming.
It is no surprise that Field Lacrosse has turned from a “I’ll give it a try” sport to a favourite for both of our kids. Can’t wait until next summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Elev8 elite varsity fall lacrosse was exceptional. My 17yr old son has played box lacrosse for well over a decade, but played very little field lacrosse. He fortunately had the skill and athleticism to make the Elev8 roster; but, the knowledge of the field game he absorbed in just a few months was remarkable. The practices were so focused and intense, he was able to make the transition to field lacrosse seamlessly.
In the short time since the team trip to Maryland, he has been in touch with several NCAA coaches who spoke directly with Coach Geoff and Coach Bob. These guys are knowledgeable and connected. If your player has the drive and attitude, Elev8 is the place to be.
