★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From out of town found her add online. Called the number and was not received with a friendly vibe. I was asked "first off where did you get my number and who are you." Then was told I can give you a consultation but that does not mean i will work on your hair. I respect that you have a private salon but if you do buisness by referal and are going to be rude when people call you then you should should state that on your website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This woman is simply incredible. While she was doing my dreads she told me about her work and all I could think about was how she works with passion. It's so beautiful to see her excitement about various projects showing her work of art on other customers' hair. I only asked her to do a few dreads on my lower hair but it was enough for people to tell me they were beautiful. I agree with her "deposit policy" because since she's a woman with competitors, I think it's absolutely normal for her to ask for a deposit to ensure respect for the time she saves for someone. I think this is also a way to respect her other clients who would have taken the appointment to wich one would not attend.
I think that if anyone had the chance to meet her, they should take it !

I called her to have information about her services since I'm a new client, but she talked to me so rudely and arrogantly, telling me to "go somewhere else if I wasn't serious'' and other nice things. I wish I had a better experience with her since I saw all the great reviews you made about her which made me call her but I was really disappointed by her blatantly disrespectful attitude. I would definitely not recommend her or call her ever again :/
PS: I just saw your answer to my opinion. First of all that was never what I asked you. What I asked was if after the first and free consultation for which you demanded a deposit we choose not to take another appointment (which can obviously happen) you would refund the deposit. You told me no. That was what I couldn't understand and asked you politely about, I never harassed you (!). And telling me "to go somewhere else if I wasn't serious" was very rude and condescending. Why would I even look you up and call you if I wasn't serious? And you show your personality even more in your answer by telling me "sorry I could not accommodate you with the intentions of wasting my time I create beautiful locks for beautiful people" I mean I cannot even begin to say all that is wrong with that sentence. The sad thing is you seem to be a grown and intelligent woman but you don't even realize and acknowledge that's no way to talk to a potential client that just had some simple questions, or to talk to anyone, period. Nonetheless, I wish you well.
