★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dans les années 1967-1968 et 1969 mon ami André Desjardins et moi étions responsable d’entretenir la pelouse à l’église et au cimetière.
Chaque samedi soir durant l’hiver nous étions responsable également de partir le chauffage afin que les fidèles de la paroisse soient au chaud le dimanche matin. Lors des tempêtes de neige , on pelletait les trottoirs et on y ajoutait du sable.
C’était notre façon à l’époque de se rendre utile. ( de beaux moments)

 In the years 1967-1968 and 1969 my friend André Desjardins and I were responsible for maintaining the lawn in the church and in the cemetery.
Every Saturday evening during the winter we were also responsible for turning on the heating so that the faithful of the parish would be warm on Sunday morning. During snowstorms, sidewalks were shoveled and sand was added.
It was our way of being useful back then. (beautiful moments)
