★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostess was nice but as soon as we walked in we got stared at as it seemed like a melanin free zone. The breakfast was great 5 stars for that but we were stared at throughout making the ambiance very unwelcoming. It was quite uncomfortable so we won’t be returning here. The waitress was really nice until the point we paid our bill and then she ignored us and didn’t even respond when I thanked her while leaving. Would not recommend you visit unless your skin is white.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I wrote a review about my disappointments at Eggsquis in Belleville which we frequently have our weekly breakfast.
I'd like to give a postive review from our more resent experiences.
Not long after writing my review, I got a response back from the owner George who apologized for our bad experience, he offered us the opportunity to come back and give them another try.
We waited a bit as we weren't sure but glad that we did.
We are pleased to say, the last couple of times we have gone back to the restaurant we've been very pleased with the staff and food.
The Waiting staff is much more attentive and the food has improved, we have the same order everytime so I can only comment on the bacon & eggs and eggs Benedict, which I love. The fruit is always fresh and hollandaise sauce is delicious and we always get our eggs and bacon the way we like, good size portions and the price is fair.
We recommend you give this restaurant a try if you haven't already or if your just travelling through Belleville.
It's a very busy restaurant but it's well worth the wait.
Thank you George for giving us the opportunity to come back and see the improvements while having a more positive experience.
Saturday March 12 2022 we decided we would try something different and we are glad we did.
Just look at this delicious food we had today.
Come by and try them out you wont be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff and food. Fiance and I almost go here religiously. The food here is like heaven and the portions are huge. Definitely money well spent. Plus they keep it safe with social distancing and wearing masks. Will definitely be going back very soon

Went there on Sunday and was relatively busy, yet still got my food within 10 minutes after ordering.
Waitress was attentive and cordial.
Crepes were a little on the thicker side for my liking. Eggs were done perfect and rye toast was delicious.
They actually have the toast served buttered, so if you like certain amount butter or if you dont want butter on your toast you may want to tell them ahead of the time.
Great value fornthe price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a breakfast fanatic I don't say this lightly: best breakfast in Canada, hands down.
I got the "Brunch" with sunny side up eggs and rye toast and it has now become what other breakfast's have to strive to live up to. My girlfriend got the mushroom Swiss eggs Benedict and was similarly impressed.
Top quality ingredients all perfectly prepared and served piping hot; I've never seen bacon and sausage that looked so different from the vast majority of other restaurants and it makes me think they're made from scratch in house.
Coffee and service were top notch too, definitely the best choice for breakfast in Belleville.
