★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and sparkling clean washrooms. I was pleasantly surprised that the diesel pump area was very clean and the nozzle did not have that diesel smell. The store is well stocked and bright. Prices are very good on moccasins.

The staff wear a mask unless they remove it for some reason while standing at the cash behind the plexiglass barrier, which is acceptable by the county regulations. The store is so clean, so well stocked, so easy to shop in. Some customers are surprised at how great a place it is to shop in and they return later to shop when they have more time. Congratulations on a pleasant place to shop and get gas in. My experiences are very positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience here this evening. We weren’t sure we would make it to Bancroft with our gas we had. We pulled up and realized it was closed. At the same time the owner came home. And was able to help us out in a pinch and got us gas!! Your kindness will not be forgotten anytime soon. Thanks again! We highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Id like to thank Ibrahim and mr.burns for their amazing out of the way service. I had miscalculated my gas left and ran out on my way to their station. They went out of their way to come to me and give me gas so that I could drive to their station to fill up. They even closed at 9pm but stayed the extra 45 minutes to help me. These guys are truely special and I thank them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the drive from Kingston to Petawawa, I hit empty and there were no gas stations in sight. I ended up barely making it to the Eganville Shell, which was closed. Andy was leaving work and he powered the pumps back on just for me to fill up. What a legend!! Thanks Andy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifted the handle off the pump and fuel was already pumping out, sprayed all over my vehicle. When I complained they couldn't even give me a cloth to wipe it off. It was not just a little left overs it was a steady stream, the pump clearly had a malfunction, wasn't long after that it was roped off and out of service.
