★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful new building with modern equipment. Friendly and caring staff. Comfortable chairs in the waiting room. The intake process is smooth and I have experienced shorter wait times in emergency than at the old hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful and accommodating hospital to serve Edson and surrounding communities. State of the art hospital equipment, always clean in and around the hospital and the staff here are very friendly. Not sure why others would give this hospital a measly low rating. It's a hospital, be thankful you have a wonderful facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in after being up all night from an insane toothaches I called to see how they could help me out because I’m at home alone with my daughter, It’s 5:30 am and the lady on the phone told me not to come in until 7:30 because the doctor is sleeping. I said so don’t come until 730! She said I can’t say that. But you just did! “Well you can come in but the doctor might not get up until 730 - 8” is this some kind of joke.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I supposed to have a telle psych appointment but the lady on the phone is incapable of informing me as to what time it is when I call in needing a reminder. Now I unfortunately am missing my appointment as I know its this morning but as to when I don't know and she won't tell me so I can drive in at the right time. And on top of it the rude treatment that she gave me is entirely unacceptable from a Healthcare professional. This place needs some staff reworking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and ignorant receptionist at the front desk. I never go to the hospital, in fact it had been so long since my last visit they deleted me from the AHS system. But when I come in and say I can't breathe and I've had multiple covid tests that've all been negative, I don't understand why I'm still treated like a leper. Also when I can't breathe and come to emerg I'd like to be seen within 45 minutes please, considering it was empty when I came in I don't think this is too much to ask. Do better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The health centre is very welcoming and spotless even though there’s a ton of snow outside. The staff here work hard and take a huge amount of pride in this amazing facility. I wouldn’t think twice about coming to this health facility which offers an array of health services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have staff that don’t care for you, dishonest, can’t speak English or French(Canadian), don’t do diagnosis when needed! Don’t do anything about sickness, turn you away all the time, Doctors and nurses, and staff aren’t honest, don’t do testing properly, get inaccurate results, and don’t put patients on medication, don’t let parents see their child’s medical file but let other people that aren’t allowed to by law like step moms!
