This year I moved into a new home with an underground sprinkler system that wasn't operating. A few weeks ago I made an appointment for EI to come to my house to check it out. I spoke with a nice woman on the phone, and she booked an appt for Aug 8 - and technician's name is Nathan. I booked the time off work to make the appt. On Aug 8 Nathan did not show. I called in the morning and left a v-mail. I called later in the afternoon and a child answered the phone. I realize services like this are in high-demand, and can easily get busy - especially in the summer months, but no reply to my phone calls? No acknowledging that a mistake was made? No offer to reschedule? No respect!

Very pleased with their work, pricing and service! Everyone with this company was friendly and professional. My problem was fixed promptly and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and I will definitely call them back.

Absolutely best customer service you can ask for. Had one of the guys (I believe his name was Shawn) come out to my place yesterday and repair/adjust a bunch of the Sprinkler heads on my property. His knowledge and attitude stood out and I wish more companies hired people like this. Would VERY VERY highly recommend this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently had Joel and his team at Edmonton Irrigation install my system on my acreage in Strathcona County. This is my third system that I have installed by Edmonton Irrigation. At my first home in approx 2008, my second in 2015 and now again 2021. At every instance Joel came out and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and walked me through all of my options and his ideas for my system(s). He listened to our needs and accommodated us in every single way. At time of quote and install I had a full understanding of what my design was going to be, how it worked and the cost. No surprises! The work was very efficient and tidy with the least amount of disturbance to the lawn and yard that they could in all my instances. Joel has always taken the time to walk me through the components of my system including the control panel and ensures I understand and know how to set the watering dates and times for my preferences. Now, for the after install services.... The after install service provided is exceptional. Every fall I get a phone call or an email from Edmonton Irrigation to schedule my system "blow out" for the winter. I am always provided options for dates of when they will be in my area. I don't even have to be home, as long as I shut the water off to the system. When Edmonton Irrigation comes for the blowout, they come when they say on the day they say. I know they have been there as a note is left for me that the have been and my system is blown out. Another note is on my second home I had an issue with one sprinkler head and I reached out to Joel in the morning to explain. Without hesitation he was out that same afternoon on his way home to fix my issue. Great service! As I mentioned above I cannot say enough about Joel and his team at Edmonton Irrigation. This is my third system with them and I have also been a source of referral for them over the years because of the initial great job at install, the continuing service for blow outs in the fall through the years and, the cost. Edmonton Irrigation Inc. installed a sprinkler system on my property in 2010. The service was so exceptional that when I needed a sprinkler system in my new house in 2020 I didn't even consider using a different company.
