K	K Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Dr. Shin for a prescription refill - she asked how my pregnancy was going which I had my baby three months previous. Had all the information wrong; had to put me on hold to actually read my chart. Then asked what I was even calling for. When I questioned her decisions (after clarifying it was for a refill) to try and understand her thought progress, she told me I was dictating what she needed to do. When I explained that I wasn’t understanding why she was choosing the direction she was choosing - she told me I sounded unstable as a mom. Would not recommend this doctor if you want to be an informed client or have a doctor actually understand your file.
C	Charlotte Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.AMBER SHIN was the worst doctor in my experience in my whole life. A friend of mine recommended her and visited her. But she didn't even do the necessary exams and gave me a prescription, saying it was a common symptom. But after a few days, I called her and told her that my symptoms were getting worse and I couldn't sleep at night, but she said I am busy and just hung up...wow...... I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful doctor to patients in my life. If you have read this review, I hope you find a better doctor who can give you a more professional and accurate examination.

Thank you Dr. Wang for being so kind and efficient. I am confident in your diagnosis and only wish you could be the surgeon to fix me up! I would also love to point out that your receptionist is lovely. She could not of been more welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Wang and the EMG clinic.

Don’t go here. Terrible patient care and they don’t value your time. There’s a reason why they have such a low score on google reviews .
S	Saint Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience all around. The doctor is arrogant, condescending, and rude. I asked him a couple of times about how particular things worked and each time his response was "It's complicated" and that was it. I explained that gosh golly I had gone to university too and thought that he might pick up on the fact that I could also chew gum AND walk at the same time but, alas, to no avail, Being a superior being (a doctor for Gods' sake!) he seemed to think it was beneath him to actually communicate with his patients. He did appear to know what he was doing, and that is why I gave him one star: otherwise he would have gotten none. I believe that when you deal with professionals that you entrust your health to you should feel as comfortable as if you were wearing an old pair of shoes. Definitely not the case here. If you can, find a different doctor and don't waste your time with this one.
D	Dan Denchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment booked for June 2021 woke up late that day cause I was sick all night so I called them and said I could not make it to my appointment as it was for 9am I called them at 8:50am to let them know she said she would have to call me back to rebook my appointment, we are now in Jan 2022 I had to call them back to find out what's going on. They called me back finally to rebook but told me I would have to pay $100.00 for missing my appointment if I wanted to rebook. With all the covid out there how can they charge someone for canceling an appointment for being safe! Now they won't rebook my appointment unless they force me to pay something I feel I shouldn't have to pay! Lot of people out of work including me and now they want money I don't have! Not impressed!
P	Pam Jumck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very painful experience. The woman who began placing the areas where the electric shock would go - did not explain properly what she was doing. She did not even offer to explain the procedure. Also there was a marked problem in her use of English. This may be the reason for limited conversation or answers to my questions. Also when I asked where she got her training from she said … from a doctor - no school or technical college etc. The room was completely grey. Not a picture or relaxing environment for a painful procedure.Little to no interest in trying to communicate with me. The Doctor was similar in manner. No explanations or telling me what would happen next. Very very painful use of acupuncture needles where he used electric shocks to test my nerves. I have bruises and some of the areas are still painful. Was a very bad experience all around. A little human compassion, communication and preparedness regarding this procedure would have been very helpful.

I went to a NEUROLOGIST because they specialize in Nerves ... my appointment was supposed to be for 90 minutes, I was in and out in 20. I felt more like an inconvenience then I did a patient, and was told this was not a nerve issue. Just got back from seeing another doctor, he is referring me for surgery right away as my ulnar nerve is quite damaged ... so my trust in this place is NOT high. Perhaps taking the time with me would have given a more accurate diagnosis??!!
