β β β β β There's 4 towers as part of this big facility so know which one you're going to. They have food cooked for them which is great. Good views around downtown and pleasant quiet atmosphere

β β β β β My grandma has been living here for quite some time, at least five years now. At first it was a lovely place, lots of aid and good service. Not so much now. It is not the same. Different management I assume and possible cutbacks. There were staffs that took care and the time to watch the seniors back years ago. I saw the trend over the years the staffs have gotten worse and even worse after the lock down of COVID it seems. We paid for the laundry service that cost $80 a month. Thatβs nearly $1000 a year! For some reason sheβs not getting the same amount of clothes returned back. The clothes are even labeled. Ridiculous...Not only that, she was missing a blanket. The only blanket she had was maybe 1cm thick. Certainly not warm enough! I bet your blanket is thicker than that. Such cold hearted. I hope all the seniors are being fed adequately. There we days Iβve seen lots of untouched food.
