In regards to a parking ticket I received at the beginning of the year, I was told by the bylaw office to send in a letter providing evidence to prove I was not guilty (which I did). The office employee claimed that the they never received my letter, and that because the court date was passed; I'm forced to pay the fine....

They refused to even tell me what exactly it was they needed me to do to correct the problem, but they were always there to issue fines each and every time I tried to fix it but failed to meet their unwritten and top secret requirements. This service should be abolishished. We don't need this service.
M	M Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been 3 years since I filed a complaint regarding a water drainage issue. Bylaw refuses to address even though they acknowledge there is an issue. What is the point of having bylaws if they are not addressed.
