When I arrived at the dealership, everything was organized and set up ahead of time - making the pickup very quick and efficient. Excellent all around sales and financing experience. Peter was the sales rep and Briana was the finance person. Never once felt pressured and I received very good value for my trade and new vehicle. Very happy! Hopefully the service department doesn’t let me down

This review is based on the sales experience and Parts department in April 2022 - do read till the end for all is important.First and most of all, thank you to Jeff for your patience and assisting me in choosing an available vehicles from the lot (Clubman S JCW to the Countryman S).Secondly to Fred’s honesty and providing the financial options and approval, thirdly to Tin for making the finale of finance approved. It took weeks for this to happen because I had to be cautious and picky due to shopping for a 2nd hand vehicle - no fault of Edmonton BMW.The entire sales experience was a delight. If you don’t care to splurge, this is the place to be.But if you are similar as I am… making smart buys, be patient because you will be rewarded. Walked in w/full interest of a particular vehicle, walked out with a smile of a different model entirely - still w/a smile.So anybody who states negative experience of this dealership when it comes to sales and experience, just didn’t walk in prepared with what to lookout for. My only advice to the reader, don’t put your full trust in carfax because everything is there because I discovered some things after a few weeks of certain disappointments (may had been from factory and was not noticed or from a fender bender) that are livable - no fault of sales, this was something that may not bern declared by previous owner and still happy w/the vehicle because it’s still have warranty,low kms, new windscreen,new shoes,brakes and mechanically good.A big thanks to Daniel in parts for I will continue to commune and keep good rapport w/you for future purchases.Lastly, regarding their detailing of pre-owned vehicles, they need to be educated better because I knew only polished half the vehicle based on my own inspection without proper clay barring 1st, nor removing the iron stains first, beofre polish. Their result was basically make the car simply look clean and shiny.I had to do all the necessary steps to ensure when I glide my palm on the clear coat surface to be smooth as glass and ready for paint correction and ceramic (or nano) coating.So, basically, be ready to walk in and before driving out.To Edmonton BMW, you have and will continue to earn my business.See you sales in 5 years ;)

When I first came into the dealership Geoff Quick was the first person to greet me. Right away I felt I could trust him. He is a warm and caring gentleman. He walked me through the process of ordering and purchasing my Z4 with a lot of caring and attention. He was honest and worked hard to get me the best possible deal. In the future I will definitely buy another BMW from him.

From initial research to purchase The staff and management were helpful and friendly. It was obvious from the start they wanted my wife and me to make the best choice in vehicles to meet our needs . After sales service was number one . The service manager, Ed , is always knowledgeable helpful and kind. He has always has tried to squeeze me in for something quick ,even if they are quite booked up. Happy and more than satisfied with the entire experience. Highly recommend Edmonton BMW.

This is the second BMW that I’m purchasing from this dealer. I dealt with sales Bo, manager Jan, finance guy Tin, they provide me with excellent service and price. This will not be the last one will come back again, thanks guys.
