β β β β β Been coming here since I moved into the area 6 years ago, occasionally count my cans just to see how accurate it is and they've rarely been off-count. If they are, it's only by a couple cans. People saying they're scamming are clearly crackheads.

β β β β β My go to Return-It depot. Limited parking inside the enclosure, but there is a decent amount outside. I usually pick an off peak time and manage to park close. Usually in and out in two minutes or less.

β β β β β Convenient place to go. BUT....always add your bottles and cans before returning them. They do have a habit of short changing you. I went there 4 times now and I had to tell them each single time that they miss counted. And ofcourse they did. Sketchy???

β β β β β not only just clean they always have nice music on. i've lived in a lot of different neighbourhoods in Metro Vancouver and gone to depots in each area and this is far the best maintained one of them.

β β β β β Been here two times: The first time, they gave me less refunds, and I let it go because it was not a huge amount but felt gypped (they quickly dump your cans in the back so you can't complain).
The second time, I had some beer cans and apparently found out this place does not give full refund on beer cans. My bad for not knowing and seeing the sign, but it was fine for me to inquire (and now I know, no big deal, right?)
Instead I get a full on attitude from the Korean young guy. Told me to read the slip of paper he pushed my way and I told him I did and will just take my bottles back (knowing I can get full refund elsewhere). Then the attitude continues with the "you didn't read the slip of paper" and "I don't need your dollar anyways" and proceed to throw the bottles back at me after I insisted on taking the bottles back (he tried not giving it back and didn't want to give me the money either). The girl who is doing the cashier job is clueless too. Overall extremely rude and excessive (and they didn't think I understand Korean and what they were saying between themselves, which made it worse).
If you don't mind the 20% cut (steeper than a mortgage rate) on beer cans, go here, if you don't want to take the attitude or being cheated by the "miscounting," take your cans and your "dollar" elsewhere.
(I recommend the friendly Braid return depot. Also run by Koreans, friendly, the lady always thank you for recycling.)

β β β β β The staff is very busy here , for the most part they are good however they can be a bit gruff i guess is the best word for it. Like i said they are busy , busy.... For the most part they are ok they could work on being alittle more pleasant with customers..it definitely would improve their community relations

β β β β β I go here to recycle every 2-3 weeks and it's great. Easy way to make some pocket change & help the environment at the same time! Only downside is that this particular location can be quite packed at times but that's only due to it's popularity.
