Mise en vente selon mes critères sans aucune pression. Suivi constant de l'activité sur la vente de l'immeuble. Technologie de haute qualité, vidéoconférence, textos, courriels etc.! Liste très bien détaillée et explicative des acheteurs potentiels, preuve de crédit, mise de fonds approuvée avant visite. Réponse immédiate à mes questions. Visites chez les locataires faites avec tact, politesse et respect (Négociation avec un locataire difficile qui s'est très bien terminée) Je n'hésiterai pas à recourir de nouveau à ses services! I sold one of my income properties in September 2021 with Édith Bourret's team. It was like a thunderclap! Young and dynamic. Put on sale according to my criteria without any pressure. Constant monitoring of the activity on the sale of the building. High quality technology, videoconferencing, texting, emails etc.! Very well detailed and explanatory list of potential buyers, proof of credit, down payment approved before visit. Immediate response to my questions. C’était la première fois que nous vendions une maison et je dois dire que nous le faisions de reculons. Deux jeunes enfants et deux travails à temps plein on se demandait où on allait trouver le temps et l’énergie pour tout faire ce que requiert la vente d’une maison, mais du moment qu’Edith à pris le contrat ça été facile, simple et surtout RAPIDE!!! 3 semaines et tout était réglé. J’ai adoré mon expérience et je la recommande sincèrement. Elle est très professionnelle, extrêmement douée, mais surtout elle connaît son travail du bout des doigts et ça, ça vaut de l’or!
Edith offers a real turnkey service! She took care of us completely from start to finish. It was the first time that we sold a house and I must say that we did it backwards. Two young children and two full-time jobs, we wondered where we would find the time and energy to do everything that selling a house requires, but as soon as Edith took the contract, it was easy, simple. and above all FAST!!! 3 weeks and everything was fixed. I loved my experience and I sincerely recommend it. She is very professional, extremely talented, but above all she knows her job inside out and that is worth gold!

Once the property found, Edith, Katherine and Caroline kicked in to high gear to close the deal and get all the paperwork done. Their references of inspectors, Notaries and Surveyors were equally responsive. Team Edith n'as pas niasier avec le puck.
