I had a horrible experience with this specific franchise. I ordered for my daughters birthday and called multiple times to see where my order was. First at 2pm i was told it would be delivered by 5, then the missed tickets but it had left the buliding before 6 and i should receive it by 7. By 7:50pm I still hadn't received it and I sent and email asking for compensation as their franchise closes at 7. By 8pm my doorbell rang and it was a man in his own unrefrigerated vehicle and he left the fruit on my porch and when we opened it there were moldy strawberries and it didnt contain the cakebatter strawberries as ordered. I will never order from these guys again. Its a shame, if my order was fulfilled correctly it would have been a regular thing for us.

I love this Edible Arrangements. I placed my order a day ahead and was able to get free delivery because I ordered in advance. I'm not much of a computer person, so I called and the girl working was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. My husband ordered me a bouquet with a box of strawberries for my first Mother’s Day and it was a complete ripoff. He spent $150 on a dead, dry and tiny bouquet of flowers that looked NOTHING like the photo online. Completely wrong colours also, he ordered bright mix of colours and they came all white. The strawberries were old and disgusting. When my husband called he was asked to drive and drop off the flowers to return them. The manager finally agreed to a full refund after we emailed her photos however after a few days she only refunded 1/3 of the amount. With no reply or response to my emails. Horrible service, old fruit & flowers that look nothing like the photos and not worth the price! Never again.

I can't currently call in, but I am seriously disappointed in customer service for this specific location. I am currently in Europe and thought that sending my husband edible arrangements for our anniversary would be a great surprise. I have emailed head office and was supposed to get a response from the store within 24 hours and it has been a week now. There is no email for this specific store, so I have no way of contacting them. The delivery was delivered on a hot summer day after leaving my husbands phone number as well as his email to get a heads up for when the delivery was supposed to come, the box was left on the floor so OBVIOUSLY living in the country, ants got in and it was just one big chocolatey melting mess. Very disappointed, still haven't received a refund OR a re-delivery, but now it's too late so would prefer the refund. Will not be ordering from this company again. ALSO sent another email to head office yesterday morning, and still no response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am giving edible arrangements Newmarket a one star because I am unable to give zero stars. I placed an order on Monday for salted caramel apples, chocolate turtles, a personal card, and same day delivery. The total of this was over $100. Once the recipient of my gift notified me they had received my gift, I inquired if they received everything and if they were enjoying it. I then found out that they had not received the chocolate turtles, which was $49.99 just for them. I never received a call from this location that they were going to be unable to deliver the chocolate turtles. So, naturally I called the location to inquire what had happened. When I contact the location, one of the employees found out that the turtles were not sent because they did not have it in stock. She then gave me the option to have a refund and or have the order sent the following day. I requested a refund. The following day I called in the morning to inquire when I could expect my refund. I was told that there was a note with my name on it there and that when the manager came in they would have to speak to the owner about possibly giving me back a refund. I requested that the manager call me for the sake of communication to let me know what was going on either way. The failure of communication comes across as a lack of professionalism. A call would have sufficed to let me know that the product I ordered was our of stock, at that time they could have offered me something of equal value to add before sending out the delivery. The manager failing to follow-up with me is frustrating, but I understand people get busy. Now the following day, which is 3 days from the initial order, I still have not received a refund and I still have not received a follow-up call. I called the establishment twice after 4 p.m., and the phone rang and cut out both times. I am hoping to have some sort of resolution by tomorrow. Which, is why I am posting this review today. 1 star for failure to communicate, for not delivering the product requested and not presenting an alternative at the time of order, and not refunding me

I also send a delivery from this location it got delivered on time the customer service was great . Fruit was fresh and the basket looked great thanks

They have very rude Delivery staff, they don’t want to go upstairs to deliver items on someone’s special day. They give you fruit on the brink of expiration. They used to be so good ,they went really downhill the last year. I’m not sure if they have new Staff or what have you. Fruit used to come fresh and very nice. They are also not very friendly ,when you mention your concerns. Edible arrangements is not cheap they are very expensive and that’s fine if they’re offering excellent customer service but for the price it’s just not worth it. I don’t know who you have working for you but you should really readjust things because they are not friendly.

I ordered a platter in advance for my Birthday on Saturday and asked my husband to pick it up as I couldn't drive due to having a concussion. I totally forgot about the order and my husband did as well. I got a call from the store reminding me I had missed my pick up time. I advised them Sunday I would get it picked up and asked my sister to take me, she was so busy and couldn't make the closing time deadline I was sadden by this but I called and just advised them to donate it to someone. "As much as I was looking forward to it I didn't want it to go to waste". The staff advised me I could get it the following day. And I agreed. However shortly after I was called and advised it could be delivered to me as the staff had to pass my house to get home. I was so shock and happy because I didn't request or payed for delivery I was amazed by this random act of kindness. In addition to Abby and Niloufar taking my order to me, I was given a treat! A cheese cake that tasted so good with candles on it and "Happy Birthday". They went above and beyond to ensure I got my order and everything was fresh. It was my first time ordering here at this location and it definitely won't be my last. Thank you so much Abby & Niloufar for the amazing customer service experience, we were able to enjoy our fresh fruits because of your kindness. You both went above and beyond to make a difference. You are both truly appreciated.
