You will not find wide range of footwear collection. They had put shoes to display based on the locality. So it didn't surprise.
Customer service was good, they can clarify your doubts if u have any.
Clothing- They have very good collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in looking for a basic 650 down jacket, was surprised with A. The location (Great lighting, stock , staff) - Great location very centralized. Atmosphere of the store was good, not super busy. Packed with product, however not overwhelming. B. Prices of the products were great (compared to Columbia, H/H, LuluLemon). Needless to say I left happy, with product in my hand, writing this review about my overall satisfied experience.

Staff really helpful and helping me get those sweet little deals.
Great for inexpensive but high quality outdoors gear. Great return policy, highly recommend this place. My mum loves it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found several things on sale 40% off in late March including a jacket that worked great for skiing. With the CAD conversion an unexpected good deal at Whistler village. Eddie Bauer -- just my impression -- seems to be making more clothes that are functional and breathable for sporting use -- closing the gap with other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Eddie Bauer Whistler store has a great selection, helpful staff and they usually have something on sale. Last week we were kindly helped by the amazing Michaela. She helped my daughter choose a ski jacket. She explained the different features of the various jackets. My daughter finally decided on the black and purple 3 in 1 ski jacket. Michaela also explained how to wash and care for our jacket. Thanks for the great customer experience!
