★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had their system for 14 years. Needed service this year and couldn't even get an appointment. Seems they are way too busy to even book a time when they can come. I called three different times. Each time they said they would let me know when they could come. After a month of not hearing from them I assumed they weren't interested in helping me. I hired a plumber. I called and let them know and was apologized to but she was very curt. Even got annoyed with me because I told her I had connections with another water softener owner and would not recommend they call for service. Needless to say I wouldn't buy their products again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had just moved into our home and knew nothing about our water softener. The salt was all hard as the last owner was not using it. They did not pressure us into replacing the unit . They walked us through to get it working. THANKS. Customers for life now. Thats service
