Terrible service. Stolen items. Over charge/Double charges services. Charges for services not completed. Doesn't follow contract. Insider dealing as son works for First Service so he is able to find out the quotes of the other cleaning companies and consult with his father, the owner of EcoPlanet, to make a more appealing offer to stratas. Stay away from this cleaning company. They are unreliable.

It was refreshing when they used dirty mops to clean the floors. Smelled of fecal matter. -They cut corners for cleaning -Numerous complaints about the quality of work -When it snowed they showed up 10 hours later to clear it I would NOT recommend this company!

This company is a rip-off. The starting estimate you will think you'll get, have big difference when you receive your bill. They overcharged labor, whatever equipments they used and exaggeration on number of people that are working when you receive your bill. 5 to 8 times more than regular. Don't ever call them to shovel your lot. You will regret in the end.

As a new member on strata council, I was reviewing the products we were using and the costs incurred to strata. I learned that Ecoplanet was hired here for vacation relief for our caretakers. During this time they had installed Purell Hand Sanitizer stations on the assumption that most other buildings they've worked in have requested them. The only issue with this was the ridiculous amount of mark up on the refills. Mind you this was during the start of COVID19 and there was supply chain delays due to prioritization to health care industry. We had asked them to remove them as we would use our own means of more cost efficient sanitizer stations. The owner Djuro, threatened us with a $900+ dollar tab to remove dispensers we had no requested and have no contract showing we had requested them. Their prices are also very high compared to other companies or their competition. We had a meeting to discuss this matter with Djuro. He was aggressive and got very heated very fast. It was a rather unpleasant experience. I'm not sure if its the old school sales mentality, but that doesn't work in this time and age of how business is done. Phil his right hand man was very knowledgeable however also lacked follow up in regards to having these dispensers removed. If I have any advice for anyone doing business with them, make sure you have contract/agreement written up. I'm surprised the Better Business Bureau hasn't audited them for such poor service. The fellow who keeps giving 5 star reviews by the name of Nick Moroso likely is an employee who left these reviews. As for everyone else that's left a poor review, everything rings true. Only thing that likely keeps these guys afloat and still in business is that they capitalized on marketing their focus on their "environmentally friendly products" and keeping their wallets fat. [UPDATE] In response to the owner's reply, this is what truly occurred. Strata hired EcoPlanet for cleaning relief services for coverage while a caretaker was away on vacation. Upon caretaker's returning, these hand sanitizers were installed without contract or permission but on the basis of "every building we've worked for has requested them and loved them". The real ploy was to suck you into buying their hand sanitizer. We have replaced the hand sanitizer with our own food grade safe alcohol sanitizer and had asked them to remove them. This came with a whooping $900+ estimate to remove them for $15/unit value dispensers. After a heated meeting, it was agreed that they were to be removed for free. This took over 2 months to do and a truthful honest review on my experience with them to get this actioned with some compensation from their contractor Phil Armstrong. To the owner, pick your battles and to accept your wrongs. Its not worth losing consistent long term business over a few hand sanitizer units and lack of follow up.

I've recently switched over to using Eco Planet for my janitorial needs at 1 of my residential building as a trial. The service has been wonderful and most importantly the communication has been outstanding.

Eco Planet is a clean and respectable company. The staff is super friendly and the owner Djuro is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that has to fulfill their cleaning and managing needs.

After meeting and working with the team at Eco Planet I was more then satisfied the team came correct and prepared for my needs. They were knowledgeable and educated me on some areas of concern I was not aware of. I strongly believe in you get what you pay for and this is true with the Eco Planet team, thank you!

I hired Eco Planet to take care of some carpet cleaning over the weekend. I just walked into the office, and I am more then happy with the work that has been done. My carpets are spotless and the office smells great. Highly recommended!
