J'ai suivi leur chemin de flèche, même si je savais où se trouvais l'article rechercher ( une paire de tennis underarmour), mais par respect pour les procédures covid, j'ai suivi le chemin. À ma grande surprise, je me rend compte que je suis suivi par la caissière et ( probablement ) son fils. J'ai été suivi ET observer de l'entrée du magasin, jusqu'à la sortie! Vrmt très insultant, surtout pour une entreprise ce trouvant dans un quartier à forte minorité visible! Insulté, j'ai laisser tomber mon achat et quitter le magasin. Je suis rester dans mon auto en face du magasin histoire de valider mes perceptions et ils ont reverifier les boites de soulier (la caissière ainsi que son fils)

Never been so insulted when visiting a store! Horrible customer experience! I followed their arrow path, even though I knew where the item to look for (a pair of underarmour sneakers) was, but out of respect for covid procedures, I followed the path. To my surprise, I realize that I am followed by the cashier and (probably) her son. I was followed AND observed from the entrance of the store, to the exit! Very insulting Vrmt, especially for a business located in a neighborhood with a strong visible minority! Insulted, I dropped my purchase and left the store. I stayed in my car in front of the store just to validate my perceptions and they checked the shoeboxes (the cashier and her son)
