★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its okay but school didn't handle bullies well when i went i remember once someone was bulling my friends and we told a nearby staff member they said they would deal with it right after they walked away and the kid never got in trouble as well i remember in grade 1 and kindergartener i would sometimes get in trouble for running and playing tag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this school from kindergarten to grade 5 and I loved the school I was in most clubs and I loved all the teachers especially both of the Brenda’s and most of the ea’s but when the principal mr Thomas left and me thorsan came to the school everything got worse There is a breakfast club that anyone can go to they have toast with wow butter and one that has cheese I went to that each morning and I got there early and I would get board so I would go help my teachers and if I couldn’t I would help Brenda with the preschool area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed at all with this school. The kids are bullies and the teachers do nothing about it. Our daughter came home with a goose ache and they didn't call us to inform us at all. Other kids being bullied and other parents going after the other kids because the teachers do nothing about it. Went to the Victoria school board and they do nothing as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this school from 2007 - 2013 and I have to say this school gave me some of the best years of my life. I would go there everyday and get right into it and feel happy about what I had done. Macaulay Elementary is a great school and you will make great memories there that you will hold with you for the rest of your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even begin to describe the trauma this school is responsible for. I will never forgive the staff of Macaulay for the harm they caused me. I should not have been beaten and abused by my peers daily at this school. All while the admins were cheering on the useless wits program, refusing to take the bullying I survived and endured seriously and address the toxic schoolyard culture of the early 2000s.
I should not have had to leave french immersion because I couldn't further endure the abuse of my classmates.
So for all the pain you caused me, and grief, and trauma response when I walk past your field. Thanks for teaching me exactly how adults shouldn't act around vulnerable children.
Because you failed. You failed me. You failed to keep me safe at school. You failed to provide a learning environment I could thrive in without discrimination or ableism. Honestly I'm just disappointed.
