★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ridiculousl the amount of time someone needs to wait in line. The hours of operation need to be expanded to cater to the public. A 10:00 o'clock openjng time doesn't make sense.
Waited 3 hrs. Mayor Valerie Plante needs improve this process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service offered by the city. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. They recycle almost everything including electronics. They also have a section where you can leave objects that can still be reused. The service is free for residents I believe up until 12 trips (yearly)
The waits are currently much longer than usual as there are 2 other ecocentres that were temporarily closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has different areas you can go to drop off your waste. That is old junk. Forgot to mention old tires as well and also you need to have your driver's license with you when going here.
