Eclipse Fencing & Decks - Regina

It’s unfortunate in today’s community to come across a company that treats and deals with people with such blatant disregard and disrespect. WARNING TO THE PIBLIC NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. I just walked away from a serious confrontation with Justin or his team. They parked their Ellipse business blue ford lifted truck in a seniors- handicap accessible parking zone. When approached by a medical staff asking them to “ please move your truck so a senior an access this spot- private property as well-Justin became confrontational saying NO GIVE ME 20 minutes to drive my bobcat doing landscaping. When explained further, he became angry: AGGRESSIVE THREATENING, AND would NOT BACK DOWN. If you would like to deal with workers and this company who clearly have verbally abuse Problems and Tendencies, good luck.

Best fencing company in Regina. I called several companies in Regina to complete a fence repair job here in Balgonie. I would schedule with one company and the date would come and pass without any communication as to when or why the fence wasn't installed. I called another and the same thing. Finally, I called Justin with Eclipse Fencing and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He kept me informed as to when they would come out and how the process would work. His team arrived the day that was scheduled and was very pleasant to work with. They did the job and after inspection I was very happy with the work they completed. Finally, a fixed, completed fence. I know who I'll be recommending for any fence work.

My parents got deck done. Looks awful. Almost every piece is splinted. Looks cheap and unfinished. Cannot walk on it with bare feet because none of the pieces are sanded or smooth and your toe or foot get caught on the pieces sticking out. I cannot believe that they paid thousands of dollars for a deck looking so embarrassingly unprofessional. I give it a few years before the whole thing falls apart. Just awful. For customers paying this much you should take pride in what the quality of your work looks like.

Over a month ago, I met with Justin - the owner of this company - to remediate some issues related to the fence, gate and privacy wall that Eclipse installed in 2017, including an estimate to level our back deck. He provided me with a verbal estimate, and indicated that the work could be done the following week. I asked if I should follow up with him, and was told that there was no need...he assured me that he would contact me within a couple of days. Never heard from him after that, despite several text messages to him and a phone call, where I finally reached him and was told that it would be another week before he could get the job done. Needless to say, there has been absolutely no follow-up from him... It's now been at least six weeks! So I've given up. Absolutely unprofessional business practices. Very disappointed with the owner's total disregard for providing customer service and follow up. EDITED (June 17, 2019):: I am thankful that Justin, the owner of Eclipse Fencing & Decks, responded in a timely manner to my earlier post. He apologized profusely for the lack of contact, and offered to make amends by getting the work done that he had promised weeks ago to do. His crew was at the house in a matter of days, and managed to fix the necessary issues. I have to hand it to Justin... he was gracious to not only apologize, but to get the work done at no cost. Thank you for that, Justin. As such, I have changed my low rating to a 5-star! Anyone that is willing to admit mistakes and take ownership by getting everything squared up, fixed, and at no charge to boot, deserves a second chance. If you have a fencing or decking project, I highly recommend Eclipse Fencing & Decks... they definitely stand behind their workmanship and customer service!

Justin at Eclipse was very easy to work with when we replaced our fence. He was professional, kept us updated during the project, and met established timelines. We are very impressed with the final results. Thanks Justin to you and your crew.

Strongly recommend these guys. They were willing to work with us on what we wanted for fencing on our property. Other companies that did show up were either horribly rude or just jot wanting to work with what we wanted but not Eclipse Fencing. These guys were awesome from the on-site quote all the way to the completed job. Friendly, professional, all around a great experience.

Eclipse Fencing & Decks built me an amazing fence. It's strong, sturdy, and very well built. The workers who built the fence are friendly, knowledgable, and work very fast. Apart from that, their pricing is also really good. My overall experience is that I couldn't be happier, and am glad that I chose them over anyone else.

Edit #2: Still leaking Edit: Justin and Darcy fixed the roof issues to my satisfaction. Hopefully, there’ll be no more leaks. I have been waiting to get my deck roof fixed for over two years now. Despite giving Justin plenty of time to respond to my texts, he has done nothing to either respond or fix the issue. The roof has been sagging in the middle and dropping. Removing the fascia has shown that the structure was not supported properly. I now have to look to get it fixed by another company. I’m very disappointed.
