★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It appears that they have the best exchange rates in the neighborhood, but today when I went there to buy some USD, they charged me a fee over my transaction. A lady was at the cashier. It seemed that she was not interested in her job and she almost threw the money in front of me. When I asked why she charged me extra, she replied that they charged me a 4 $ transaction fee. I was charged 5 $ indeed, but I did not want to debate over 1 $ extra and I left.
If you want to charge people extra, that's bearable, but at least teach your cashier to do so politely.

No fuzz and with two branches downtown you are sure to get the task done without waiting for days. I just learned how to identify fake bills in China by buying a blue light lamp that can save you even more once you are in the country! They got the rates and the smarts!
