toujours pas réglé...
J’ai commander et payé une cuisine le 10 juillet 2020 la livraison a eu lieu le 10 septembre 2020.
Deux des portes du garde mangé était endommagé, le 11 septembre 2020 on m’a confirmé qu’on s’en occupait.
J’ai effectué plusieurs appels et courriels.
Le 16 octobre 2020, j’ai communiqué avec M. Jean René St-Germain de
EBSU le fournisseur de Rona. Il m’informe que d’ici lundi ou mardi il va m’informer.
Mercredi n’ayant toujours pas reçu d’appel ou courriel de M. Jean René St-Germain de EBSU,
Alors je lui ai téléphoné, il m’informe que d’ici deux semaines il devrait recevoir les deux portes.
Aucune logique, aucun suivi, c’est comme si j’avais placer une nouvelle commande en date du 11 septembre 2020.
J’ai du constamment effectué les suivis, aucune prise en charge, ou mise à jour.
Aucune notion de Service à la clientèle.
Depuis le 10 juillet 2020...
Nous sommes le 15 janvier 2021 et je n’ai toujours pas reçu les 2 portes du garde-mangé.
Malheureusement je n’ai plus aucune confiance en votre entreprise.
Heureusement que le détaillant Rona l’entrepôt de Pierrefonds sympathise et tente de réglé la situation mais le problème vient du fabriquant EBSU (fait au Québec, je me souviendrai)

I ordered and paid for a kitchen on July 10, 2020 delivery took place on September 10, 2020.
Two of the doors of the eaten guard were damaged, on September 11, 2020 I was confirmed to be taken care of.
I made several calls and emails.
On October 16, 2020, I communicated with Mr. Jean René St-Germain from
EBSU the supplier of Rona. He informs me that by Monday or Tuesday he will notify me.
Wednesday having still not received a call or email from Mr. Jean René St-Germain of EBSU,
So I called him, he informed me that within two weeks he should receive both doors.
No logic, no follow-up, it's like placing a new order dated September 11, 2020.
I had to constantly do follow-ups, no support, or updates.
No concept of Customer Service.
Since July 10, 2020 ...
It is January 15, 2021 and I still have not received the 2 pantry doors.
Unfortunately I no longer have any confidence in your business.
Fortunately, the retailer Rona 1'entrepôt in Pierrefonds sympathizes and tries to resolve the situation but the problem comes from the manufacturer EBSU (made in Quebec, I will remember)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not reliable. Extremely poor customer service. We ordered the cabinet for our kitchen in early February and paid completely . But now after 5 1/2 months still missing 1 piece. Nobody answered the phone and every week they changed the date of delivery . Never recommend to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given a 5-star rating had it not been for the delay in obtaining my cabinets. What was supposed to be a 6 to 8 week delay became 6 months. I realize that the pandemic was most likely a major factor in the delay. Aside from that, I have no complaints. I love the cabinets, especially the lower corner 3-drawer cabinet.
