★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is managed by John Dem, who is also the founder of Surface604. His is using this shop as the destination for his warranty returns. I was extremely unlucky to have purchased a Shred which came DOA (bad throttle). Then problems started multiplying: the bike would spontaneously accelerate when no pedaling or torque was applied, or stop every 100 meters when going uphill. I complained to their support and received the following response from John Dem:
"With the minor throttle glitch that we helped you with, the bike is not defective. It is you who is defective."
He then went ahead explaining how my complaints "point to further cognitive deficiencies".
I would suggest staying away from a place run by John Dem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were there Tuesday at 10 am to try out some bikes. Their showroom is under construction so we met them around the back. Everything was all Covid compliant/etc.
They have a warehouse bay full of ebikes, ebike parts, etc. and it looked like their tech was building a few. If you're into ebikes, you'll like what you see back there.
Erin showed us ebikes for 20 mins or so, allowing us to go ride them, try them out, and so on. We wound up taking home a 2021 Surface 604 Shred, which I've already put 30 km on and am absolutely stoked about.
Jerome showed us how to remove the wheel, adjust the brakes, etc. He also demoed some of the foldable ebikes. Lastly, he also helped us load the bike in our car (as we do not yet have a bike rack).
Between Erin and Jerome I felt that we had a great experience and got to learn about the bikes and which made sense for us. There was no pressure to buy and everything was very relaxed. It was great to have a broad selection of bikes to compare against at a given price point.
I honestly had fun (lol) and will be back again to grab a second bike in the near future. We had a great experience and it is awesome to see a local Calgary business going national via ecom. Thanks again for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal service. Easy to navigate website. Contacted eBikes on the weekend and got a response even though the shop was closed! Purchased a HoverBIRD Go-Board EV-T8 for local commute!!! Will HIGHLY recommend this shop and product(s)!!!!!!

Kudos to Andy and Jarlm they took time to explain everything and adjusted and tweaked the bike we wanted till it was just right 10 out of 10
If you are thinking about your first Ebike or an upgrade don’t go anywhere else
Very convenient location just off Deerfoot and Country Hills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my e-bike here for repairs. The staff were incredibly friendly, incredibly efficient, and incredibly invested in finding a solution and helping me understand what was happening. It was a marvellous experience working with them and I will absolutely go back there if I need any more repairs or when the time comes to get a new bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic experience, I had looked at their bikes online and made an appointment to see the bikes in person. When I went in today I got excellent service, Jarom was so knowledgeable about the products and treated me with respect. I walked out with a wonderful ebike and the confidence to know how to use it. I had a blast on my new bike when I got it home and took it for a spin. Definitely recommend this shop!
