Je sais pas qu'es qui se passe avec abc , mais avant nous avions toujours un excellent service , de la prise d'appel jusqu'à la vidange aujourd'hui le service semble vraiment médiocre .
 Shame, after 20 years of loyalty with eu I get on with beauregar pcq eu they offer service on Saturday .... I do not know that es happening with ABC, but before we always had excellent service, taking calls until emptying today the service seems really poor.

Very disappointed with my experience. They left without even closing the lid! If you choose this company, be sure to be on site to supervise the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vidange sélective non disponible le 4 nov, danger de gel! $80 de plus et le désavantage de ne pas remettre l'eau dans la fosse, un peu ridicule, ils disent que les tuyaux du camion vont geler!! En début novembre!!!
Selective emptying not available on Nov. 4, danger of frost! $ 80 more and the disadvantage of not putting the water back in the pit, a little ridiculous, they say that the pipes of the truck will freeze !! In early November !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J ai contacter cette compagnie, elle me chargeait 225$ pour un minimum de quatre heures. Que j ai accepté. Les gars ont très bien travaillé, courtois et professionnel. Ils sont arrivés à 14hrs00 pour partir à 15hrs43. Voilà que je reçois ma facture, qui était à ma grande surprise de 1 130.00$. J ai recontacté la compagnie et il m ont répondu que la tarification était de 225$/hrs pour un minimum de quatre heures. Ce qui vous fait un minimum de 900$ + taxes pour un appel. Très dispendieux!
I contacted this company, she charged me $ 225 for a minimum of four hours. That I accepted. The guys worked very well, courteously and professionally. They arrived at 14hrs00 to leave at 15hrs43. Now I get my bill, which was to my surprise $ 1,130.00. I contacted the company again and they replied that the rate was $ 225 / hrs for a minimum of four hours. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je dois dire que j'ai reçu un excellent service de la part de EBI Envirotech. Je les ai contacté ce 25 Décembre 2019 et ils ont sû répondre à ma demande. Oui le service m'a coûté plus cher qu'à l'habitude mais ils m'ont averti dès que je les ai contacté. Je devais agir vite étant donné que ma fosse était plus que pleine. Merci encore à Bruno!
I must say that I received excellent service from EBI Envirotech. I contacted them this December 25, 2019 and they were able to respond to my request. Yes the service cost me more than usual but they warned me as soon as I contacted them. I had to act quickly since my pit was more than full. Thanks again to Bruno!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'an passée ils sont venu vider ma fosse, 235$ taxes incl, parfait. Ce matin je rappel pour une vidange 295+tx 340$ ils ont hiverniser leurs camions (qu'ils disent) il fait 18C dehors. C'est vraiment n'importe quoi pour essayer de fourrer le monde.
Last year they came to empty my pit, $ 235 incl tax, perfect. This morning I call back for a 295 + tx $ 340 oil change they winterized their trucks (they say) it is 18C outside. It's really rubbish to try to cram the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employé pas courtois, ne sais pas comment parler avec une personne âgée et craintive, très mecontant de la température, m à donné une mauvaise opinion de l entreprise, c est bien parce qu il n y a pas de concurrence et qu'on a pas le choix.
Employee not courteous, do not know how to speak with an elderly and fearful person, very unhappy with the weather, gave me a bad opinion of the company, it is good because there is no competition and we have no choice .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parfait endroit pour se trouver un emploi j’ai dû faire 50% du travail et ils m’ont chargé le plein prix en plus au téléphone ont me demande si je veux payer en argent je dit oui et au moment de payer les gars refusent que je paye en argent pourquoi le proposer alors ????
Perfect place to find a job I had to do 50% of the work and they charged me the full price plus on the phone they asked me if I want to pay in cash I said yes and when paying the guys refused that I pay in cash why offer it then????
