I find myself so relaxed, literally, in Cathy's hands, that I will start microsleeping and lightly snoring. Cathy is also so kind, always professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ebb and Flow Reflexology!

I tried in many different ways to find her, and finally, three years later, I got lucky. Yes, she was worth the effort. Cathy has a great touch and technique to get all the points of my tired feet moving again. Flow and ebb! She is also knowledgeable and offered suggestions on how to improve the health if my feet. Glad I found her again!
