★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love femme run, independent businesses but the shop keep made me feel like I was bothering her for being in the shop. Even as I was checking out and spending almost 100$. Was going to brush it off but every friend I've mentioned it to says they have had the same experiences there and generally avoid the place. I'll do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked their store hours on their website, went on a Thursday (their hours showed 12-5pm) I got there and waited for the store to open for 15 mins and still weren't open. Not sure how a business can survive with their wishy washy hours. Would not recommend this store. Horrible

I found the face products could have been more well explained. I walk away with a tester instead of new bottle which I thought was odd because it was over $20 and most boutiques are careful about potential mis-purchases
I liked their candles but there are also others on the street with better burn times. Wooden wicks are tricky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there a couple times in the morning and they weren't open, had to have someone from across the street call the shop owner. Ordered things from them online only to see a refund with no followup email explaining why the items were not shipped. bad business owner!
