Just robotic responses from humans, you’ll have to pay the fine or else it will go to collection. I parked went to pay at machine, my card got authorized which i sent them screenshots. They gave me a ticket & now they say system has no record How is that even my fault if your machine failed go register? Why would I tap my card if I dint wanted to pay for it.
K	Karan Lally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them 0 stars I would. The parking meter and everything is alright but their employees that are stationed there are really rude and creepy. I recently went for some grad pictures (3 females) and upon arriving while getting ready to get out of car we were being watched by 2 male employees in the company car. They come up to us and park beside us and tell us to roll down the window by smirkimg and tell us we need to pay. That fine with us. We go pay. After we are done we know are ticket is going to expire we are getting ready to leave they drive around and smirking and giggling looking at us directly, and made us very uncomfortable. I even contacted the company but they did nothing
G	Gerard Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give them a 0, i would. Worse customer service. I came here to check blodel open times, about 5 mins later I came back with a ticket. Not only that, the lane i was in does not have an easy park machine. I was beside the staff parking, so its easy to assume its free. Apparently, the machine were in the far right, in the other lane. When I asked for an appeal, they replied with "there was not record of me paying"
e	eva yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE Paid for 1 hour of parking on the app and was charged this money and got a ticket while I still had 30 minutes left on the meter? Consider other source of transportation if you come here…
c	condo one on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them exactly 0 starts if that was possible. They are PREDATORY. They gave me a ticket while I was parked in the car tending to my toddler who was in the midst of screaming her head off. Didn't even bother to knock on the window to check what's going on and whether I am stopped briefly (which I was) or actually parked. Horrible people, truly.
