★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced lots, managed poorly. They don't like to follow they're own guidelines. Snow removal when they feel like, lots are small for how much you rent for, land is constantly shifting due to poor back filling and come spring, driveways are so rutted up that you can't Park in front of your own home until they decide to smooth it out.
