★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are incredibly welcoming and informative/helpful without being pushy or trying to up sell. Went in knowing very little about the products, and they were very patient explaining the options and allowing us hands on experience with the products. Every trip back has also been a pleasure with friendly staff and a cool, casual atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best shop for customer service and *usually* selection. (they don't have some obscure coils.)
What makes them a 5/5 for me was the fact that they were willing to replace my lemon of an aspire breeze 2 with little to no hassle. Everyone was friendly in the shop and tried their hardest to make sure a resolution was met. Don't hesitate to shop here for all of your vaping needs!

I see them like awesome mechanics. I've gone in there before with a broken glass chamber fully planning to buy a new tank. When I told them I wanted to buy a new tank they talked me out of it, showing me I only needed a $5 replacement glass. They prioritize your needs first.
Good prices, great people.

They know the different systems and they will take the time to show you how to use it! They have a great selection of juice. Great prices as well! I have nothing, but great things to say about East Side Vapes ! You guys are awesome!
