This weekend the Historical Museum is having live music and activities for all ages and as always, tasty treats! The opening ceremony is at 11:30am at the new Eastend Historical Museum building. If you haven't been inside, you should see the wonderful job that Ken and Ethel and the Historical Society have done.

DINO DAYS COMING!

We have less than 30 days before the Dino Days 2022 hits the streets of Eastend! Angie Jones and her small crew have worked furiously to put together a superstar Dino Days this  year. We will have the awesome fireworks show on Friday from Paradise fireworks. It's well worth the trip just for those. but you'll want to stay for the parade, softball, street dance, demo derby, and more!

Volunteers are needed, if you're the type who likes to chip in and take part in making the magic happen, then send your email to [email protected] and sign up.

YEARS GONE BY

We have another treat for you, the June edition of Lorraine's popular look at the last 100 years of Eastend history through the eyes and pages of the Eastend Enterprise. This one's a keeper, Sharon!

RECYCLING BIN NOTICE

There's a little reminder note inside about exactly what is not allowed inside the blue recycling bins. It's good to get clarification, because with this "single stream recycling" it's hard to know what isn't allowed. Everyone please read and ensure we are all following the rules and not throwing the wrong things in that bin.
