★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly office workers who don’t appear to appreciate the business. We’ve gone in to renew car insurance on 2 of our cars for last 3 years. Our luck, we only have time to go in on weekends, and we always get the same guy to process the renewal, even tho on weekends there’s 2 workers in there. Few weeks ago, went in to renew, 2 ladies working, yeh! Perhaps a better experience? …nahhh, just as unfriendly.
Even tho this office is in our neighbourhood, will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOLD our car today , on a Sunday and found East Village Insurance located right across the street from London Drugs .I parked in the dedicated spots in the back .I had called earlier & spoke with Marco , he was polite & reassured me they were OPEN until 6pm on Sunday. First of all the interior is quite inviting and impressive Automotive decor & big executive office chairs for the Customers.It was a very rapid experience because Marco is professional.Thank You for lending us the tools for the plates ! Will return !
