It was exceptional he kept us up to date on our food and keep salad and bread coming . We love it!!!
D	Dan Beaudry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a good experience. Last time I went the lady serving us was rushing us even tho there was only 1 other table. She was also unaware of the specials of that day. All in all it was kind of awkward. Every other time tho was a great experience.

It took a long time to be served and everyone ate at different times. Three of us had Ceasar salad and got more of the outer leaves and the grilled chicken was dry. There's no doubt the this is our last meal at this establishment.
L	Lisanne Cloutier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ February 26th 2022. I would 100% avoid East Side Mario's on LaSalle Sudbury tonight. We preordered a family pasta meal for a birthday dinner. After 35min of waiting outside I ended up going in and it still wasn't ready. The worst part is when I finally did get home we were missing the salad. When I called the lady which seemed annoyed by my me asking to get my salad hung up on me. The fettuccine was good but there was hardly any sauce on the spaghetti. We will definitely not be spending our hard earned money at this establishment any longer. Poor quality and worst customer service ever!

They are so friendly and accommodating that one of the servers forgot an item on the menu and when we asked she felt so sorry and offered us desert on the house but we were already full and understood that it could happen to anyone wprking in such a busy environment. Great work just keep up the spirit.
