He is timely at returning messages. He gave us a very clear and concise inspection report. We received it soon after the inspection. Eric made great suggestions for making sure our home is maintained. He even did our WETT inspection on our wood stove. He is extremely knowledgeable. We will recommend Eric at East Kootenay Home Inspections. Excellent job.
