★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know why this center has bad reviews. We love it here. Staff are friendly and helpful, the space is super nice and spacious and clean, the playground look attractive. My toddler loves her new school

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went to east carling YMCA for a month. I found the staff to be unprofessional. I had concerns and the staff at the door was rude acting like my concerns were not valid.( My son had a inch long bruise on his head with no incident report.) My son screamed nonstop at home and at drop off /pick up for 3 weeks. He's been at a new center for three days. With no problems and no screaming at home.
