T	Tristen Hyde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the staff at Eagle Ridge. The waiting room is a nightmare so be prepared to spend over 3 hours there. It's the only hospital for Coquitlam, POCO and Port Moody. Unless you go to RCH.

I had to find a door that would open after climbing through the construction debris since the lot was ripped up. There was no signage posted, it was almost pitch black and the lights after leaving the hospital that evening were blinding because you stepped outside to utter darkness. I could have fallen down a dark hole to Calcutta and no one would have found me, I swear.
G	Glenn Purcell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough handicapped spots in convenient locations. Construction. New payment machines are worse than before and have trouble reading some credit card stripes. Why they didn't put in tap functionality is unbelievable.

Most simply have no other choice than to pay these unreasonably high prices in front of the only emergency ward in the district. Or risk towing. It's a trauma center that piles on more trauma! I have donated to the hospital in the past but no more!
B	Brian Fraser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how to review a hospital it's small and in many cases the ER wait times aren't bad compared to many. I have a health condition so I have experience with many unfortunately. I had surgery in 2019 . Friendly staff, nurses pretty good. Living in Coquitlam it's my first choice. Royal Columbian bigger & likely better but I'd gamble wait times much quicker at Eagle Ridge
J	JOKER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here are very pleasant and caring. The line ups in emergency are very long on a busy day. The security staff are helpful. The nurses do an excellent job but are underpaid compared to other professions. Some of the patients can be very rude and obnoxious but the nurses handle them with professionalism. Can't say much about the management team here.....USELESS!!!!!!! Treat staff with r-e-s-p-e-c-t. Frontline staff are the workers here....management are just the paper pushers and bean counters......PATHETIC.

If you are taking the bus at night from Guildford & Ungless take a flashlight... part of the path to the entrance has no sidewalk and no lights. There are potholes too. Other than that the hospital is nice.
