★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was called for the interview, went all the way from Calgary to Blackfaulds, the interview was with the Manager and only HR person was there telling me about the overtime, work load and other kind of stuff, thay didn't ask me about my technical experience, there was another lady from HR she was a new hiring. I didn't get to meet with the person they mentioned in their email, I feel that it's unprofessional and after 2 days I got the email saying they have hired some one else although the same job still keeps loading on multiple sites and their own website. I was disappointed by their attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hurt on the job working for this business. The day my doctor cleared me for full duties they fired me. I was completely shocked by the news. A company that claims to have a team approach. Eagle Builders doesn't care about their staff. And their Infrastructure plant manager is extremely unprofessional.And they can get away with what they did to me because I was there less than 3 months. Absolutely devastated by this company.
