The dock was delivered on time. Any follow up was handled promptly and efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my dock from another local supplier several years ago and I've had issues with welds cracking. I lost 3 wheels over the last year. The original supplier did not respond to my calls so I contacted Jeff with Eagle Bay Docks.
Even though it wasn't his dock, Jeff responded quickly and came over and inspected it the same day. We agreed that I would tow the dock to his shop to make the best possible repair. He pulled it out of the water and fixed it in one day. He was able to show me why the original design failed and he made several improvements which should prevent the wheels from ever breaking off again. Jeff knows his stuff and I'll definitely buy my next dock from him!
