They keep up to date on what is available and are able to provide good information and advice to help you make good informed decisions.

Mark ups for components are unreasonable, $50 on LED uphere fans as opposed to the $23 LED and $27 RGB ones found on Amazon and Newegg respectively. Can't decide if these guys get their products through retail prices or from wholesale because of their prices. All components (computers cases, fans, cpu coolers) are the cheapest and lowest models on the market. I'd rather pay for a Staples pre-built.
