If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. My thanks to Coutu for making this experience for myself and my family a flawless affair, and a special thanks to Elizabeth for taking such good care of all of us. We really were treated as more then just clients, through Elizabeth and Coutu we were taken gently through what could’ve been a horrible experience. Instead, we received the most compassionate care and thoughtfulness imaginable. Should the need ever arise again, and I hope that it doesn’t, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon these gracious people again.
