★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst moving company!
Unfortunately when I read the review I was excited about it however this was not what I have experienced! The agreement between me and them was a transfer a door to door ( 6500 $ for this service) they took my households from Canada and then they gave it to another contractor in the states and then I had to pay myself for movers to unload the truck and I have to pay for the truck itself.
When I start emailing him he stopped answering my calls and emails. There is only one guy working his name is Paul and he has hires trucks and subcontractors only.
I had to speak with my lawyer and sue this company because it is clearly a fraud and not true moving company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I had to take half a day off work to go clear customs personally (!), they subcontracted the final delivery to an amateur with horrible attitude, clearly not physically fit for the job and prepared, who wouldn't carry the 3 boxes out his car so I ended up carrying 2 of them myself without his help, and after we managed to convince him to do his job and carry at least one of the items, he barged into our house with his shoes on and scratched our hardwood floor with his dolly - and didn't even bother to apologize! All the subcontrator's customer service could do was "acknowledge our frustration" and e-Cargo's customer service has simply vanished. Absolutely unacceptable. DO. NOT. HIRE.
