★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been loyal and tried to buy all my equipment and accessories from this establishment for a couple of years now. I brought my hedge trimmer in as it puttered out and asked for a tune-up/ spark plug; my lawnmower bolt and collar holding the blade broke off so required replacement. After nearly 2 weeks I was advised the hedge trimmer was ready but had to order parts for the lawnmower. I drove all the way to pick up my hedge trimmer and it didn’t start. I was charged $80 for repairs including $3.00 for a litre of gas and the 250 ml tank was empty when I got it. They told me to leave it behind and they wouldn’t charge me for additional work to get it running… wow thanks! Received a second call that the Trimmer was ready to go; guess what… didn’t start again!! And they hadn’t ordered the parts for my lawnmower because they forgot! 3rd time down they had the trimmer running… lawnmower I’m still waiting… I purchased the trimmer for $75 and Rite Way charged me $80 to get it running. I was promised a quote prior to repair and was not given one… Super Mad Not Going Back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding customer service. I have purchased and rented equipment from Riteway Equipment Rentals for many years. Anytime I have to come back I am always met by very professional and knowledgeable staff. I purchased a gas trimmer from them about 3 years ago. With my purchase came a guarantee I could come back for maintenance or help. Seems every year I forget how to load my trimmer with new cord and without fail they help me get it working again. Today they not only reloaded the cord they pulled the spark plug and gave it a check over. He let me know nothing was needed so no charge. I really appreciate their commitment to their loyal customers. I will gladly refer all my friends and neighbors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a chainsaw that wouldn’t pull. They got it going and upon pick up said it was not broken and didn’t need any work. Could have charged for a service fee but didn't. Super friendly and personable. Gave me a replacement harness for my Stihl weed eater even though I was looking to purchase. Will definitely return for service or rentals
when needed.
